Our office team keeps breaking our standard DECT cordless phones, and the range is abysmal. Is it worth the jump to a "Pro" DECT system?
We upgraded from consumer DECT phones to a professional DECT system after experiencing similar issues, and the improvement was significant. The range became much more consistent across the office, call quality improved, and the handsets proved far more durable under daily use. Pro systems also make it easier to add extra handsets or base stations as your business grows. While researching communication equipment, I also came across phones with large buttons which are ideal for users who need improved visibility and easier operation. Overall, a professional DECT system is a worthwhile long-term investment.
